No one can ever tell you your future. They can only tell you something that might have happened if they told you nothing.

Ramen Man-Ichi

Akamaru Spicy Miso Tonkotsu

Tried Ramen Man-Ichi at Kona St. recently. Had the Akamaru Spicy Miso Tonkotsu. Was alright. Not sure if I'll ever go back though.

Gonna Miss Those Glows

Gonna Miss Those Glows

Been playing Ingress lately, had glowing portals for awhile due to Darsana, but now they are gone. Should've took a screenshot, but here's one from Helios.

Random Shibboleth Workaround

Here's a random Shibboleth workaround I wrote for work. Cleaning out my desktop and found this text file. Single Scope fix for InCommon if you're using email as the source for eduPersonPrincipalName and your institution has subdomains for each constituent.

  <resolver:AttributeDefinition xsi:type="Script" id="eduPersonPrincipalName" sourceAttributeID="mail">
    <resolver:Dependency ref="myLDAP" />
    <resolver:Dependency ref="mail" />
    <resolver:AttributeEncoder xsi:type="enc:SAML1String" name="urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:eduPersonPrincipalName" />
    <resolver:AttributeEncoder xsi:type="enc:SAML2String" name="urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.6" friendlyName="eduPersonPrincipalName" />

  </resolver:AttributeDefinition>

Upgraded Seafile from 2.2.1 to 3.0.0

Here's my mini guide to upgrading Seafile from 2.2.1 to 3.0.0. Your directories may differ:

Download and Extract

$ cd /srv/seafile
$ wget https://bitbucket.org/haiwen/seafile/downloads/seafile-server_3.0.0_i386.tar.gz
$ tar -xzf seafile-server_*
$ mv seafile-server_* installed

Stop Seafile/Seahub

$ cd seafile-server-latest
$ ./seafile.sh stop
$ ./seahub.sh stop

Run Upgrade Shell Script

$ cd ../seafile-server-3.0.0/upgrade
$ ./upgrade_2.2_3.0.sh

Start Seafile/Seahub

$ cd ../../seafile-server-latest
$ ./seafile.sh start
$ ./seahub.sh start-fastcgi

Quick, painless, and easy.
